The School Payment Portal is used by schools of all sizes to safely and securely receive payments for school related items such as athletic fees, cafeteria accounts, yearbooks and much, much more.
Parents or Guardians (in fact, anyone with the proper credentials) can make payments onto student accounts. Manage payment sources. Credit card and ACH information is encrypted with industry standard, PCI compliant security.
Emails can be sent based on each students’ individual criteria. Auto-replenish options are also available which will use a saved payment source to automatically add funds.
Purchases made during the day are posted each evening to the parent portal. Parents have the opportunity to review purchases and engage students in discussions regarding healthy choices. If the school chooses the option, parents may also be able to restrict specific items for purchase.
